Odd: 20 sek. Sit-up --> 10 sek. Hollow hold
Even: 20 Sek. Glute bridge --> 10 sek. Glute bridge hold

At the end, when your legs are tired and your arms are giving out, GET ANGRY. Get angry that you are tired. THEN HIT IT HARDER!
