2:00 - 3:00 Max. dumbbell overhead lunge 22,5/15
3:00 - 4:00 Max. pull-up
4:00 - 5:00 Max. dumbbell hang squat clean
 
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

In training you listen to your body. In competition you tell your body to shut up.
