800m run
then 4 rounds:
10 Kettlebell snatch right arm 20/12
30 Sit-up
10 Turkish get-up right arm 20/12
30 Squat

Alternting between left arm and right arm every round.

My advice is very simple: If you want something, work your ass off for it.
